Therefore, we provide mandatory and other relevant training through Social Care TV which is an online training provision, alongside client specific training and a portfolio of other specific short courses, which are delivered by specialist professionals. This enables us to provide further specialist training for those team members seeking both developmental potential and enhanced performance in the workplace.
Our management team have both professional and training qualifications in social care, as well as directly related work experience and subsequently have a compassionate and comprehensive understanding of the needs of our service services, clients and team members.
We believe in supporting our team members and clients to ensure high quality and professionally coordinated services. We maintain a comprehensive staff selection process, induction and training programmes, and commitment to providing ongoing support.
